Where are you based ?

We are based in Las Vegas, NV, USA with multiple fulfillment centers all over the world. 

We work with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the best products at the prices that suit you.  

This results in some of our products being shipped from one of our overseas facilities.  However, we do ensure that we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind. 

Please Note: We have promos for the USA (sorry rest of the world 🤷‍♂️) frequently where our shipping and processing times are much faster due to our USA promo partners.

 

Is checkout on this site safe and secure?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

 

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based off your country of origin.

How We Ship

Please use this table as reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 3-5 business days. In most instances we ship next business day.

Can I have a tracking number?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped (it may be delayed 3-5 days as each shipper has it's own notification process) and you will get an email when your order ships!

Our partners provide tracking numbers but rest assured you're in good hands as we are meticulous about making sure our customers are informed and taken care of. If there are ever any issues of any kind do not hesitate to reach out to us. 

 

What if my tracking number doesn't work?

If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display with our tracking as we get updated from the shipping agent. This usually takes a little while.


Can I pay in my local currency?

The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.


I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

For logistical reasons, and depending upon the weight of your products, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster.  You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items all at once... they are on the way! 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer special gift wrapping for our products.


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. The confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours. 

It is important to ensure that you enter your email address correctly during the checkout process as this is how we communicate with you. 

Throughout the process, we send 2-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. We will keep you well informed and in the loop so there is no confusion about your items.  We're always here to help at [email protected]


If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

 

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.


What is your refund policy?

Please see our refund page for details on our policies. 

 

My items color is a little different than the picture.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color may appear different on different monitors.

Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the exact color of the item. 

 

The tracking page says "Delivered", but I haven't received anything.

PopandFlavor.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, PopandFlavor.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.  Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. 

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

 

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for any delays that are the results of customs processing.
