Return Policy

We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online.

Overview

  • *Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • *Simply contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • *For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • *Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • *Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.

To request a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please contact us at [email protected] 

The following is needed to process your request:
1) Your order number
2) The email address used to place the order
3) The reasons for your return

Please send the above information to us via email at [email protected] You should also enclose it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the information, we would not be able to identify and process your package.

DO NOT return to the send original address. You will be given the return warehouse address via email after the return process is finalized. 

IF your purchase does not match the description or the item is defected please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refunds (if applicable)

A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages, except returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise that is the fault of the supplier.  

  • *We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • *We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
  • *Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade, custom, or made to order item.
  • *Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (which will be provided upon reviewing your review request)
  • *You have 30 calendar days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
  • *Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • *We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • *Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
  • *We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • *Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • *Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • *All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by PopandFlavor cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • *All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • *If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without a trackable shipping method might not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
  • *Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
  • *The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

We DO NOT Accept returns or exchanges if:

You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind"
The items have been worn or washed
The items have been altered in any way
The item does not have it's original tags on it

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
Intimate or sanitary goods
Seasonable goods

**Any Free Plus Shipping Items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.**

**Any Free Plus Shipping Items do not qualify for an exchange on a previously purchased item. All free plus shipping items ordered cannot be cancelled or exchanged for the same item if you purchased it previously. 

**Return policy does not apply to sale items/free/promotional items.

**If you get an offer for an item at a lower price upon checkout you cannot cancel the original order and get the special promo price. Special promos are only available with current orders. Special promos can be pulled at any time.  

Please Note:

  • For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address. 
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping is not refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
