Shipping and Delivery

 

We provide Insured Shipping on all orders.  If your order gets lost or damaged, contact us and we'll make sure it's taken care of immediately. 

For the absolute best customer experience, we have added delivery updates via email for all of our orders.  You will receive a few emails telling you where your order is. 

On average, most of our customers will receive their order within 12-20 business days.  But delivery may take up to 35 days, due to high volume of orders, bad weather conditions, customs, size changes etc.  If there is a delay on your order please email us to receive a discount code on your next order.

We may split your order into multiple shipments in order for them to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

We process orders between Monday and Friday.  Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after processing day.  Please note we don't ship on weekends.  In situations where the products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 5 business days.  

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally to all countries across the world. Including P.O. Boxes and APO/EPO/DPO addresses. 

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

 (Due to high volume and demand US Shipping timeframes have been running 7-20 business days.)

Please note that these are only estimated delivery times, due to high demand, holidays or custom/postal service of the destination country. PopandFlavor is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

*Promotional and Free (you pay shipping) items are exempt from above delivery times as we mail them out in bulk once the promotion has ended. 

 

 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, it may not be delivered.  Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.  

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

For Pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.  

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 days, please contact us. Please note not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best with our suppliers to get this for your country.

 

 My Tracking says "No Information Available At The Moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you haven't received your order within 30 business days from your order. We will either provide you a replacement or issue a full refund or find any other solution that would be satisfactory for you.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 **Additionally we cannot be responsible for items delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. It is imperative that before you submit your order you confirm that the information you provided is accurate. 

 

Returns

By placing an order on PopandFlavor, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to PopandFlavor.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

PopandFlavor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]
